Licensing and CE Laws Change for Florida Public Adjusters
On October 1, 2008 dramatic change occurred in the licensing and continuing education laws for Florida’s Public Adjusters.  Effective this date, Public Adjusters are required to take “public adjuster-specific” CE’s to maintain their licensure.  No longer will PA’s be able to take adjuster CE’s approved for the company and independent adjuster licenses.
